We are thrilled to welcome you as an exhibitor at The Land Con U.S. 2026! Our exhibitors are an important part of creating the immersive, personal experience that makes The Land Con U.S. special. Your exhibit space is designed to put you directly in the heart of the event and give you the opportunity to engage with attendees, showcase your products or services, and become part of the overall Land Con experience.
This guide contains the key information you will need to prepare for the event. Please review it carefully and share it with any team members who will be working your exhibit.

EXHIBITOR LOAD OUT: Sunday, October 4, 2026 - 5:00pm
EXHIBITOR CHECK IN: Check in available at convention registration starting at 3pm on Friday, October 2, 2026
YOUR EXHIBIT SPACE
Each exhibitor will receive a dedicated 6' × 6' exhibit space within The Land Con U.S. experience. Spaces are designed to encourage personal interaction between exhibitors and attendees.
Included with your space: 6’ Table, 2 Chairs, Identifying Signage
All displays, merchandise, signage, fixtures, and materials must remain within your assigned exhibit footprint unless otherwise approved by The Land Con U.S.
ONSITE LOGISTICS: EXHIBITOR BADGES & STAFF
Number of Exhibitor Credentials: Up to 3
Submit staff names and email addresses by September 20, 2026 to: dan@theinspiredevents.com
Exhibitor credentials must be worn while working the event and are intended only for registered exhibit staff.

Location / Entrance: Zilker Ballroom Foyer – Access from main driveway for carry in
Loading / Parking Instructions: Parking garage attached to Zilker Ballroom wing. Take elevators to 2R to access registration.

*PLEASE NOTE For the attendee experience and safety of everyone involved, exhibitors should not begin dismantling their space prior to the official close of the exhibit area.

SALES AND MERCHANDISE

Onsite Sales: Encouraged and Permitted
Payment Processing: Exhibitors are responsible for their own point-of-sale/payment processing.
Sales Tax: Exhibitors are responsible for complying with all applicable sales-tax requirements.
SHIPPING, SAMPLING & DISPLAYS
GIVEAWAYS, FOOD AND BEVERAGE:
To comply with venue requirements, all food and beverage served, distributed, sampled, or provided within the event space must be purchased and supplied directly through the Hyatt Regency Austin.
- Outside food and beverage may not be brought into the event for distribution, sampling, giveaways, or sale.
- This includes pre-packaged food, candy, snacks, beverages, alcoholic beverages, and product samples intended for attendee consumption.
- Exhibitors wishing to incorporate food or beverage into their booth or activation must coordinate those arrangements in advance through The Land Con and/or the Hyatt Regency Austin.
- Additional charges, service fees, minimums, or other hotel requirements may apply and are the responsibility of the exhibitor unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Any food or beverage activation must receive advance approval prior to the event.
Please contact The Land Con team before making any food or beverage plans so we can assist in coordinating with the hotel.
EXHIBIT GUIDELINES, SECURITY & LIABILITY
Exhibitors may personalize and decorate their spaces, but we ask everyone to help us maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional environment. Displays may not block aisles, neighboring exhibitors, exits, fire equipment, or event signage. Exhibitors are responsible for securing their own merchandise and valuables. Any activity involving amplified sound, food or beverage distribution, unusual electrical requirements, or equipment extending outside the assigned footprint must receive advance approval.
The Land Con U.S. reserves the right to request modification or removal of any display or activity that creates a safety concern or materially interferes with another exhibitor or the attendee experience.
Exhibitors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, cash, electronics, and personal belongings.
